This article will conclude with recommendations aimed at improving the legal and institutional framework surrounding the interim relief order, in order to ensure better protection of public freedoms in the DRC. This will involve identifying the reforms needed to strengthen access to administrative justice, reduce appeal processing times and improve citizens' awareness of their rights. In short, this study aims to contribute to the debate on the need to strengthen mechanisms for the protection of public freedoms, while highlighting the importance of interim relief as a legal tool in the fight for a rule of law that respects human rights in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
