Abstract

Effective crisis management has become a major issue in a world marked by globalization and instability with increasing challenges such as natural disasters, pandemics and economic crises, Hence the importance of building community resilience and thus providing innovative solutions and close collaboration between the public and private sectors. It is in this perspective that the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) appears as a promising strategic pillar to strengthen the resilience of communities to the crises and shocks of our time, involving private actors in the provision of government infrastructure and services in order to increase quality and optimize resources .

This article explores the benefits of PPP in creating a holistic approach to resilience. It highlights the collaboration between the public and private sector in Morocco, highlighting how this alliance can mobilize the financial resources, technical skills and innovations needed to prevent, mitigate and respond to crises. Calling for further integration of this approach into public policies, highlighting its ability to create sustainable and innovative solutions in crisis management, thus paving the way for tangible recommendations and innovative approaches in the quest for a more resilient and prepared society for the challenges ahead.
