Abstract

This study systematically examines 28 publications on the digital supply chain (DSC). Focused on efficiency and value creation, DSC redefines logistics management using cutting-edge technologies such as drones and cloud computing. The articles examine several challenging trends and considerations related to this evolution. This strategic shift offers opportunities for operational reconfiguration, but its success depends on the full integration of technologies and the resolution of certain challenges such as interoperability. This overview underlines the importance of DSC as a competitive lever, while highlighting the essential elements to consider for successful implementation.
