Abstract

This essay will examine the issue of reasonable time in Moroccan criminal procedure. We will examine the extent to which Moroccan law enshrines the principle of reasonable time, in line with the requirements of a fair trial. We will be highlighting the obstacles to a speedy criminal justice system and the solutions needed to make it a reality.
