Abstract

With the adoption of the Strategic Vision 2015-2030, new provisions for reforming teacher training have emerged. Indeed, a profound restructuring of teacher training was launched in 2018 following framework law No. 51-17 relating to the system of education, training and scientific research which was adopted at the beginning of August 2019. The objective is to make this training professional, over five years, for both primary and secondary teachers.

In this context, and in order to contribute to the evaluation of the quality of the training adopted within the CRMEFs and to focus on the degree of achievement of the objectives assigned to this reform, we conducted a quantitative field survey with trainee teachers in the French sector at CRMEF Casa-Settat for this year in training in 2023.

We will try to emphasize the measures adopted as well as the degree of satisfaction of trainee teachers with the quality of the training provided with regard to their needs and expectations. The results of this survey will allow us to propose some recommendations in order to contribute to improving the quality of initial training in CRMEFs in Morocco.
