This study aims to determine the level of consistency in the process of continuing training carried out by the National Office of Transport (ONATRA).
Continuing training refers to the process that leads to the acquisition of new skills and knowledge—both intellectual and physical—by individuals already engaged in a professional activity. This enables them to adapt and further develop their competencies in carrying out their tasks. Ultimately, it serves as a lever for human capital development and business growth.
We worked with a non-probability sample of 216 participants. The study focused on three main objectives:
- To determine the level of appreciation ONATRA agents have for the training policy;
- To evaluate the appreciation of ONATRA agents regarding the training policy;
- To assess the impact of socio-demographic variables on participants’ responses related to the continuing training policy at ONATRA.
To achieve these objectives, we used a survey method. Participants responded to a questionnaire designed by the researchers.
