In the complex political and legal context of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the issue of correcting material errors during legislative elections is of crucial importance. The Constitutional Court, as the institution that guarantees the conformity of electoral processes with the Constitution, plays a central role in validating electoral results. This article examines the challenges and issues related to correcting material errors identified during the electoral process. By analyzing concrete cases and evaluating the legal mechanisms in place, we highlight the implications of these errors on the legitimacy of elections and on citizens' trust in democratic institutions. This work aims to contribute to a better understanding of judicial practices in electoral matters in the DRC and to propose avenues for improvement to strengthen the integrity of the electoral process.
